In a follow-up video on Monday, Bishop showed a panoramic view from the top of Kings Park after a run.“I’ve run to the DNA Tower, the Double Helix lookout in Kings Park, 100 steps up, 100 steps down, but what a brilliant way to start the day,” she said.“Loving these videos Julie. Keeping me motivated and on track for my daily exercise as a busy Mum,” said another.
