UPDATED: Judge says she will not deliver sentence today for Hedley frontman Jacob Hoggard
The time needed to evaluate the admissibility and weight of this report means that Ontario Superior Court Justice Gillian Roberts will not be handing down her sentence today.
Formal submissions on the range of the sentence Hoggard should receive were also pushed back to a later date. The singer was ordered to reside at his Vancouver home or another pre-approved address and faced a curfew between the hours of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., except in the event of a family emergency or other approved commitment.
The sentencing comes a day after CTV News learned that the Ottawa woman is suing Hoggard for $2.8 million.
