“Johor perlu dasar-dasar untuk mengekang spekulasi harga hartanah meningkat berlaku,” katanya ketika menjawab soalan tambahan Datuk Pandak Ahmad pada persidangan Dewan Undangan Negeri di Bangunan Sultan Ismail di sini hari ini. “Mungkin ada premium-premium tertentu dapat diperkenalkan. Selain itu, kerajaan Johor juga akan berbincang dengan Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan bagi pembinaan lebih banyak rumah mampu milik di kawasan JS-SEZ,” katanya.
