Nestled along General E. Aguinaldo Highway, Maharlika West, Tagaytay City, Josephine Restaurant became loved for its hearty dishes like paella, pancit, and bulalo that diners enjoyed, overlooking a spectacular view of the Taal Volcano. It also had a spacious garden, which became a venue for weddings and other events where treasured memories were made.
