JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has marked his birthday with a modest celebration here.
According to a post on the Sultan's Facebook, His Majesty cut his birthday cake after breaking fast. He later had a meal with Palace staff."The cake was presented to His Majesty by Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd, which is the developer of Forest City," read the statement.
It added that the Sultan later granted the said cake to the Dato' Haji Mohd Lip Bin Bedu mosque at Kem Sultan Ibrahim, Johor Baru."The cake was presented by state DAP publicity secretary Liow Cai Tung, who is also Johor Jaya assemblyman," it said.
