The Leinster star was in flying form after making history for Ireland against Tonga last night.
Johnny Sexton has joked that he isn't sure whether he is on speaking terms with Ronan O'Gara after breaking the Munster legend's Ireland scoring record against Tonga last night.
Sexton is referencing May's infamous Champions Cup final when O'Gara's La Rochelle beat a Sexton-less Leinster at the Aviva Stadium to take home the title for the second season in a row. “Yeah, look, we’ve trained incredibly hard all summer so we’re fit enough and able to get ourselves into position to score tries and put the opposition under pressure,” he said.“There was plenty of stuff to look back on early in the game where we’re going to need to be more accurate and clinical next week against the reigning world champions and yeah, there’s plenty we need to improve on for sure.
“That’s the thing that they pride themselves on, they have shown they are a tough team to play against,” Sexton added.
