'BCDA officially regained control of Camp John Hay following the Supreme Court's resolution in October 2024 allowing the government corporation to recover the property from CJHDevCo.Paderes also expressed gratitude to the Baguio City RTC, as well as the leadership and personnel of the Philippine National Police Cordillera Administrative Region and Baguio City, for ensuring peace and order during the entire exercise.
