US President Joe Biden is “streamlining illegal activity” by agreeing to accept 30,000 people per month from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti and Venezuela, Sky News contributor Kristin Tate says.

Mr Biden visited the US-Mexico border earlier this month and met Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.“I think the trip down to the border was mostly because he is posturing for a 2024 re-election bid,” she told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“Nothing serious is going to be done to fix this problem; if anything, it will probably just get worse.”
