Royal expert Kinsey Schofield says there’s a history of US President Joe Biden “being critical” of the Royal Family.
“There is a history with Joe Biden, specifically in his book, he wrote about how his mother demanded that he not bow to the Queen in 1982 when he was to meet her,” Ms Schofield told Sky News host Sharri Markson.
“And how I believe it was his mother or his grandmother refused to sleep in the same bed that the Queen had once slept in.” Ms Schofield’s remarks come after President Biden decided to not attend King Charles III’s coronation on May 6 – instead, First Lady Jill Biden will represent the United States at the royal event next month.
