Jason Aldean is courting controversy after the release of a new song in which he declares small towns won\u0027t stand for lawlessness.
“Amazing song and video, babe,” Aldean’s wife Brittany cheered in the comments of a separate Instagram post.that he stayed away from talking about political matters because “politics is a no-win,” Aldean hasn’t been shy to share his viewpoints in more recent years.
In 2021, the singer gave a thumb’s up after his wife posted multiple photos of their children wearing T-shirts critical of President Joe Biden that read “HIDIN’ FROM BIDEN.”When one critic tried to take a swipe at the couple’s support for former President Donald Trump by calling him “delusional,” Aldean reacted angrily.
“Watch [your] mouth lady! We will teach our kids what we think is right and what we think is best for their future. If you think what is happening right now is ‘great’ for the future of our kids and grandkids, u are delusional!” he wrote. “Please tell me one thing that the current administration has done that is positive? “I will never apologize for my beliefs or my love for my family and country,” Aldean later added on Instagram. “This is the greatest country in the world and I want to keep it that way. #unapologetic.”“I personally don’t give a damn if people don’t agree with me,” she said in a 2021 Instagram video. “I think it’s important now more than ever to stand for what you believe, even if it goes against the grain.
