James Corden ‘stepping down’ from League Of Their Own after nine years at the helm
James Corden is taking time off presenting A League Of Their Own after nine years at the helm of the Sky panel show.
The 40-year-old actor and America’s The Late Late Show host has been a regular on the programme alongside Top Gear’s Freddie Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp, but has had to pull out due to work commitments and a busy schedule. ‘James loves A League Of Their Own and has always ensured he’s been able to appear while his career booms in the States,’ a source told The Sun.James Corden has fronted the Sky panel show for nine years
The insider added to the publication: ‘Hopefully next year he’ll return to normal as he misses everybody involved.’A League Of Their Own first started in 2010, with James calling the gig ‘the greatest job in the world’ only two years later. ‘Doing this feels like a good laugh, it’s the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Genuinely,’ he told the Mirror.
