A dog that was attacked by two wolfhounds in southern Sydney has died after suffering three heart attacks while being operated on.
The Jack Russell Terrier cross Cattle Dog suffered three heart attacks on Monday evening while she undergoing life-saving surgery.

Picture: Supplied Police located and seized the dogs with the help of the Georges River Council. They are still searching for their owner. “We want to say a huge thank you to each and everyone of you who have donated, sent kind words and had both Elle and Indi in their thoughts over the last couple of days.”
