It’s fast times at Hartley High as the gang get back together. But with all the partying, sex and scandal, how does anyone ever get any schoolwork done?
The first half of the eight-episode run leans into the laughs so hard it plays like a boldly dressed, glitter-sparkled farce. In the second half it shifts into darker territory, though the comic relief and improbable fashion choices are never far away.
The other newcomer is Timothy Voss , a PE teacher consumed with anger at the “wokeness” he claims is ruining the world . He’s part Iron John, part Jordan Peterson, all angry man determined to keep the flame of toxic masculinity alight. And he’s found a willing group of young acolytes in the boys in his charge.
