Taylor said there was a house sitting on Fox Roost Road that was still intact and another one behind it that was in pieces.“Some are completely gone and some are beyond repair, not livable,” he said. “There’s not a stage, or a shed, or boat or anything that was in the water. It’s gone. Completely gone.”

“But when Mother Nature throws 35-, 40-foot seas at you there’s nothing man can come up with to beat the force of the sea.”
