You should have a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent experience) and relevant Microsoft Admin Certifications .

Experience and skills in working with computer hardware, software, and networking are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Afrikaans fluency is preferred for engaging with bilingual clients. The role involves managing applications, services, data, devices, and users across Microsoft 365, and familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as server technologies like Active Directory and Exchange
