The Iranian regime arresting 20,000 people is “pure brutality”, and world governments should “increase sanctions” on the country and its assets, Stanford University Director of Iranian Studies Dr Abbas Milani says.
“My hope is they will throw out these ambassadors who are de facto justifiers of this criminality,” Dr Milani
told Sky News Australia.“This is just pure brutality, 20,000 people in prison simply for peaceful demonstrations.”
