The International Grenfell Association is offering bursaries worth $318,000 to 104 students in Newfoundland and Labrador. IGA Facebook photoST. JOHN'S, N.L. — The International Grenfell Association is offering 104 student bursaries this year, worth more than $300,000 to students from Newfoundland's Northern Peninsula and coastal Labrador.
The bursaries, worth a total of $318,000, will go to 64 students already enrolled in post-secondary studies and 40 students who graduated from high school in June. The association said in a release the students are attending Memorial University, College of the North Atlantic and other post-secondary institutions both within and outside the province.or by calling 709-745-6162.
