Improvements at Calgary's Hangar Flight Museum among tourism projects to receive federal funding yyc
Fifty tourism projects across the province will receive a share of the funding, Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance Randy Boissonnault announced Monday. Andrew Mosker, president and CEO of the National Music Centre, said this funding will help it rebuild the activities and musical experiences that attract tourists. “We have so much to offer as a community in this province for the world to enjoy — inspiring and engaging stories about history, the arts, music, aviation — all kinds of things,” he said.Article contentCalgary’s Hangar Flight Museum, which hosts the country’s Aviation Hall of Fame, is receiving $316,706 for several major construction projects.
