KUALA LUMPUR: Almost RM4bil in revenue has been collected by the Immigration Department this year through its various services and programmes, says Datuk Ruji Ubi.

The Home Ministry secretary-general said that as of Aug 31, a total of RM3.7bil have been collected via the department's services and programmes.

"The department will continue to be consistent in collecting revenue for the nation's coffers," he said in his speech during the graduation ceremony for Immigration cadets on Saturday .
