If US President Joe Biden was a “top surgeon in the world” he “wouldn’t be able” to perform surgery at most hospitals because of his age at 86, says Curtin University Political Analyst Joe Siracusa.

“If you can’t perform surgery at a certain age – there certainly is a time I suppose you should think when you can’t run the free world,” Professor Siracusa told Sky News Australia.
