“Saya amat berdukacita atas pemergian Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Ibrahim Saad, seorang sahabat yang baik dan seorang tokoh yang banyak memberi sumbangan kepada negeri Pulau Pinang. Bekas Ahli Parlimen Tasek Gelugor itu menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya di Hospital Pakar KPJ Damansara petang semalam dan perkara itu disahkan oleh anak lelaki Allahyarham.
Ibrahim terkenal sebagai seorang pemimpin yang banyak memberi khidmat kepada masyarakat, khususnya di Pulau Pinang.
