The teen charged with the murder of Calgary police Sgt. Andrew Harnett testified Tuesday he feared the officer was going to kill him.

“I’m thinking I’m done, I’m going to get dragged out of the vehicle and I’m going to get killed,” he said. Court heard the teen was pulled over by Harnett during a routine traffic stop for not having his headlights on.
