Yemen's Huthi rebels claimed responsibility for a missile attack on Israel, which was intercepted. Israel retaliated with airstrikes targeting Yemeni infrastructure. Human Rights Watch accused Israel of genocide in Gaza for allegedly cutting off water supplies.
