As many as 10 people have been killed in a bus crash in the Hunter Valley near Greta, about 200 kilometres north of Sydney, late on Sunday night.
Photos from the crash site reveal how emergency services responded to the unfolding serious emergency.

“Seven, I repeat seven code fours. We have one red label patient whose injuries are severe and unfortunately we’re expecting many more who will go to code four,” he said. “I saw the accident on live traffic about a bus crash, but it’s only been later on this morning that I’ve been able to get any further details that have come through from the police,” he said.
