Brett Andrew Button will appear in court next week on a total of 63 offences, after a bus crash in June in which 10 people died.
An additional 43 charges have been laid against a bus driver who was at the wheel of a coach that crashed in the Hunter Valley in June, killing 10 people.The following day driver Brett Andrew Button was charged with 10 counts each of dangerous and negligent driving occasioning death.The ABC can reveal he is now accused of a total of 63 offences.
The new charges include nine offences each of alleged dangerous and negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
