Hundreds of Calgarians protested the death of an Iranian woman who was arrested for wearing her state\u002Dmandated hijab too loosely.
Protesters lined Macleod Trail in front of the Municipal Building, bearing signs that showed the name and photo of the 22-year-old woman, Masha Amini, who died in custody on Sept. 16 after being arrested by Iran’s morality police days earlier.
