Huge retail space at one of Toronto's most prominent corners is about to go vacant Toronto
The space is accessible by the TTC's Dundas station on the Line 1 Yonge subway, and the extensive downtown pedestrian PATH network, putting it in easy access to millions.
The store has been occupied by Adidas since 2008, however, a new tenant now has the opportunity to take advantage of the bold signage that's available on both Yonge and Dundas streets. The Yonge-Dundas intersection is one of the busiest in Canada, with over 100,000 people crossing the pedestrian scramble on a daily basis, meaning the store's new occupant will see plenty of foot traffic seven days a week.
Although it's not known who the new tenant will be, we'll leave it to you to guess what major retailer will be calling the significant space its new home.
