Magsaysay, Carmen alas 9:30 sa gabii, Marso 19, 2024. Ang biktima mao si Ariel Delfin Abapo, 48-anyos, ulitawo ug molupyo sa Purok 4A, Brgy. Lower Magsaysay, Carmen samtang ang suspek mao ang amahan niini nga si Arsenio Valparaiso Abapo, 73-anyos.

Giingong nagkalalis ang mag-amahan sa wa gibutyag nga hinungdan hangtod nga miabot sa punto nga mikuha’g sundang ang amahan ug iyang gitigbas ang anak nga maayong pagkaigo sa tuong bahin sa kilid sa liog. Gidali pagdala ang biktima sa Carmen District Hospital sakay sa LGU Ambulance samtang ang suspek naaresto sa mga sakop sa BPAT’s sa Brgy. Magsaysay dayong gi-turnover sa mga miresponde nga pulis.
