Specifications-wise, since the only new addition to the device is the LTE support, the rest of its hardware is identical to the WiFi-only version.
For those unfamiliar, both variants of the Huawei MatePad 11.5 sport a large 11.5-inch TFT LCD display which offers 2200 x 1440 pixels resolution, 229 PPI, adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, 16.7 million colours and 100% sRGB colour gamut. Also onboard are two microphones, four speakers, a SIM card slot , and a USB-C port for charging and data transfer. Regardless of model, the tablet measures at 260.88mm x 176.82mm x 6.85mm and weighs approximately 499g.
Last but not least is the imaging capabilities on the MatePad 11.5. Found on the back of the device is a 13MP primary camera, while in front is an 8MP selfie shooter with subject tracking capability for video calls.The LTE variant of the Huawei MatePad 11.5 2023 is slated to be available in Malaysia starting 31 August 2023 onwards for RM1,699 via the brand’s official website, experience stores, as well as Urban Republic chains nationwide.
