The Secretary General of the House of Representatives, Reginald Velasco, has ample time to submit the impeachment complaints filed against Vice President Sara Duterte to the Office of the Speaker. Only three session days have passed since the first complaint was lodged on December 2nd, leaving Velasco with seven more session days to comply with House rules. The House is currently on holiday break and will resume sessions on January 13th.
