Celebrating its 20th anniversary, HOMEDEC continues to be the premier “home planner” for homeowners and design enthusiasts – showcasing the latest in home design, renovation and interior decoration.

“The surge in the property market makes renovation and interior design services more in demand,” says C.I.S. president and HOMEDEC organiser Datuk Vincent Lim. The exhibition in April features the debut of the Designer Showhomes & Shop the Look showcase, whereby visitors could immerse themselves in a world of inspirational and breath-taking concepts that fire the imagination.

According to the Department of Statistics, Malaysia is projected to have an ageing population by 2030, with 15.3% of its population aged 60 years and above. In another 24 years, the country will transition from an ageing to an aged society.
