Scott, 47, has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a person with a mental or physical disability. His trial, scheduled to last two days, began in provincial court Tuesday morning. The man testified Scott had invited him to touch his penis about a month earlier in the living room of the man’s home. When the man had refused, Scott took his hand and forced him to do it.
