SUNGAI PETANI: The Home Ministry, through the Registrar of Societies (RoS) has allocated RM20mil for the Pertubuhan Prihatin Komuniti (GPPK) grant which residents' associations can apply for starting on Monday (June 19).
Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the grant application can be made through the eROSES system where eligible residents' associations would receive an allocation of up to RM10,000.
"The allocation of RM20mil can benefit up to 2,000 residents' associations, each of which is eligible to receive up to RM10,000," he said at a press conference after attending the KDN Madani Programme with the Home Minister here on Sunday .
