It\u0027s raining, but it will be pouring Monday evening, Environment Canada says in a special weather statement.

Rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 mm are expected Monday, but rainfall rates could be 25 mm within an hour Monday evening.“Scattered showers will become heavy at times this morning,” said Environment Canada.
