PUTRAJAYA, July 7 — A total of 79,668 out of 144,911 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia graduates who applied to further their studies through the University Admission Unit online portal received offers to study at public universities for the 2023/2024 academic session, according to the Ministry of Higher Education .

It said a total of 500 study programmes are being offered for the 2023/2024 session that includes 47 basic study courses, diplomas , one and 143 . “A total of 61,286 male candidates and 83,625 female candidates successfully secured places in public universities, polytechnics, KK and ILKA for the SPM graduate programme,” said the ministry.
