A video has emerged of a church preacher claiming God is “gay, trans and non-binary” which is “heresy” and the “sort of fight” the Early Church had for centuries, says Sky News host James Morrow.

“This whole idea that you were projecting the present political and whatever other obsessions of the day onto the deity,” Mr Morrow said.“This is a heresy in the extreme and I’m sorry but there are eternal truths, and you can choose to believe them or not.

“If you are going to subscribe to Christian doctrine, or Jewish doctrine or any doctrine, the point is not to rewrite Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism or Islam or whatever your faith is through the reflection of whatever today’s episode of the Green Left weekly is.”
