The significant weather outlook calls for snow to develop over Ottawa and eastern Ontario on Monday and continuing through the day. Snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are expected by Monday night. Snow is expected to continue through Tuesday. Environment Canada's forecast calls for flurries or showers on Friday.
Ottawa has already received 308.5 cm of snow this winter, the second-highest snowfall total over the past 20 winters.
