Serve the roasted fish with the kindzmari sauce, plus the tomato salad, freekeh tabbouleh and potato salad.For the trifle, gently whip the double cream. Then put the finishing touches: decorate with the remaining fruit, spoon over the now cold custard and top with cream. Sprinkles too, if you wish.
