Smith told reporters in January that packaging issues were causing delays in the approval and shipment of the children’s medication. When the deal was first announced, Smith said the province expected it to take at least a few weeks to arrive, though there was no exact timeline. The province is still waiting for final approval on the labels, Health Minister Jason Copping said Thursday. Until then, the province doesn’t have a timeline for when the medications will be shipped.
