“He was so loved there by everyone,” Finlay said, her hands shaking as she held one of the boy’s teddy bears.Gabriel Sinclair-Pasqua died on Oct. 5, 2021. His parents were arrested earlier this year.The boy’s parents, Sonya Pasqua and Michael Sinclair, are charged with manslaughter in connection with the toddler’s death on Oct. 5, 2021.
Pasqua’s case was adjourned for two weeks to March 22, but provincial court Judge Michael Dinkel allowed Sinclair’s lawyer, P.M. Parakkal, to have his case return next week as he is awaiting disclosure from Crown prosecutor Shane Parker.
