'He’ll go to another level': Flames' Pelletier settling into life in the big leagues yyc
Fans on Twitter may have been bellowing for the 21 year old to get a shot, but looking back, Pelletier wouldn’t have traded those two weeks for anything.
“But then, I practised with the guys for two weeks and I’m not sure I was shy by the end, so when it came to the first game, I was part of the team already — it was great.”Article contentAfter a couple games playing on the fourth line, he was moved up and had been slotted next to Nazem Kadri and Jonathan Huberdeau on what is commonly seen as the Flames’ second line.
“You know, I think our line is getting more ,” Pelletier said. “We’re getting going. I think we’re going in the right direction and we’ve just got to build on that for the next game.”
