Only one burn of note which is being held, emergency officials say
The Northeast Region has 35 active wildland fires but again had nothing new to add to the list as the hazard remained low to moderate, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources. The only fire of note remains Thursday's Hearst 17, a six-hectare burn located one kilometre south of Boyle Rd and seven kilometres west of Cosen Creek.
