In the Los Angeles trial, jurors found Weinstein guilty of forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and sexual penetration by foreign object. He was found not guilty of sexual battery by restraint.‘My worst nightmare’ “I’m trembling, I’m like a rock, I’m frigid,” she testified through sobs. “This is my worst nightmare.”
In opening arguments, Los Angeles prosecutors portrayed Weinstein as a relentless sexual predator who lorded his status as “the most powerful man in Hollywood” over the women he abused.
