Vatikan telah memberikan indulgensi pleno kepada sesiapa sahaja yang melawat orang tua yang sakit, kesepian atau kurang upaya pada perayaan tahunan Datuk, Nenek dan Orang Tua Sedunia kali keempat pada hari Minggu ini, Julai 28.

Mereka yang bergelar datuk dan nenek atau warga emas juga boleh menerima indulgensi pleno, serta sesiapa sahaja yang mengambil bahagian dalam aktiviti keagamaan yang berkaitan dengan perayaan itu, asalkan syarat-syarat biasa dipenuhi.
