More details today on the discovery of human remains found in the area of Glover Road in Harbour Grace.
RCMP discovered human remains inside a burned out vehicle parked in a wooded area after receiving a report Tuesday afternoon. Police are asking anyone who noticed anything suspicious or those who own a trailer, cabin or property in the area and who may have trail cameras or surveillance footage, to contact RCMP at 709-596-5014 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
A heavy police presence remains in the area as the investigation continues. People are being asked to avoid the Glover Road area for the time being.
