“The lowering the cost of construction and property prices is crucial in the effort to give better housing to the people, especially the lower-income earners,” he said at the Seventh International Surveyors Congress at Magellan Sutera Harbour, here, Wednesday. His speech was read by State Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Phoong Jin Zhe.
“My goal as the Chief Minister of Sabah is not only to steer our development path that outlines our aspirations and strategies for the upcoming years but also to foster a Sabah that is united, prosperous and inclusive. Hajiji said the theme for this year’s RISM Congress, “Navigating the Future: Embracing Change and Transformation”, is apt in a world where the only certainty is change.
