Many athletes travelled and competed at the Atlantic and national championships this year and were honoured for it.Island Gymnastics Academy’s Nick Murray took home the administrator of the year award, and Victory Gymnastics’ Kristi MacLeod won coach of the year. Leland Morgan of Saultos Gymnastics received the Mattieu D’Amour Junior Male Award, and Khol Dallaire of Island Gymnastics Academy won the Brett Martin Provincial Stream Male Award.
Victory Gymnastics’ Annika MacDonald received the Compulsory Athlete of the year, Addyson White won the Junior Athlete of the Year award, Emma King won the Senior Athlete of the Year and Karolina Jaeger was named National Athlete of the Year.
