Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault wrapped up two days of meetings in Brussels, Belgium, on Friday, the results of which shed some light on what the focus will be at the upcoming COP28 global climate conference., Guilbeault said he hoped his time in Belgium would “set up ambitious expectations for COP28, and secure new commitments with real and tangible global impact.”
