Govt to make it easier to recognise workers’ unions, says minister Sivatronoh

Its minister, V Sivakumar, said this would be given due attention by the government since there are employers who refuse to recognise unions in their companies.“I was informed that there are cases where employers refuse to recognise workers’ unions headed by employees and that makes it difficult for the employees to fight for their rights,” he said at an event organised by the Malaysian Trades Union Congress to mark Labour Day here last night.
