Sky News host Caleb Bond says health is the “most basic provisions” of any government, but it’s one on which they seem to “continually fail”.
My Bond’s remarks come as Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews united with NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet and ramped up the pressure on the Albanese government to reform the nation’s “broken” health care system.
“An unfortunate reality that if you get sick after GP surgeries have closed, you have to go to an emergency department,” Mr Bond said.“I don’t see any reason that Medicare could not help establish a network of bulk billing doctors available around the clock.”
